1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions between CEX ELECTRONICS LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and customers (hereinafter referred to as "you") through the Company's website or offline channels. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Order Terms

All orders are subject to confirmation by the Company. The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any order due to insufficient inventory, incorrect product information, or other reasonable reasons. You shall ensure that all order information (including product model, quantity, delivery address) provided is accurate and complete.

3. Payment & Shipment

Payment must be completed in full according to the agreed method before shipment. The Company will arrange shipment within 1-3 working days for in-stock products after receiving payment. Delivery time is subject to the logistics method selected and destination, and the Company shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure.

4. Product Quality

All electronic components are inspected strictly before shipment to ensure compliance with quality standards. If you find quality issues with the received products, you may apply for return or exchange within 7 natural days from the date of receipt, provided that the products are unused and the packaging is intact.

5. Return & Refund

Returns for non-quality reasons are subject to the Company's review, and the customer shall bear the corresponding logistics costs. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned products are inspected and confirmed by the Company.

6. Disclaimer

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect losses (including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption) arising from the use of our products. The Company's liability for direct losses shall not exceed the total value of the corresponding order.

7. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website, and the revised version shall take effect from the date of publication.
